The data set is associated with my working paper entitled "Local Leaders' Career Horizons and Risk Preference: Borrow or Not?". The data set is collected from multiple sources in China, including Wind database, CEIC database and <i>China Land and Resources Statistical Yearbook.</i> Also, a do-file is attached to replicate the results of the paper.
