PRM calcs.R: Reads in cumulative distribution functions for SSDs and function for calculatin PAF for pesticides concentration data2. Formatting PAF.R: Reformats PRM data, adds risk categories, and proportions of PAIs and pesticide groups3. SI_SSD_params.csv: Input file for PRM calculations - contains the SSD shape and scale parameters for the calcaultion of risk4. SI_22_Concentration Data Template: Template for pesticide monitoring data - your data must be in this format for the PRM code to work
