GI-UFBAA: Urban expansion, development opportunity, and fluvial flood exposure across large Indian cities

Version 1.0 of GI-UFBAA, a study authored linked database and reproducibility release for 91 Indian functional urban areas with at least one million residents in 2015. The release contains 1,259,886 positive built surface change records at 100 m, 260,579 complete eligible opportunity blocks at 500 m, city results, sensitivity variants, schemas, source manifests, provenance, analysis code, and verification records. Raw and intermediate parent rasters are not redistributed. Licence note: The primary record licence applies only to rights held by the authors in the study authored database, schemas, provenance, verification records, and documentation.
