grazing incidence off-specular scattering data and verification of pseudo reflectivity method with extended Capillary Wave Model: first measurements

first verification measurements of the pseudo reflectivity method with extended capillary wave model (eCWM): water, water / ethanol mixture, and a few lipid monolayers with bending rigidity on aqueous surfaces (DPPC, DPPG, DPPE, DSPC). They are measured by grazing incidence off-specular scattering experiments (GIXOS) with single exposure. GIXOS data are analyzed with eCWM to get the bending modulus, intrinsic structure factor, and pseudo reflectivity. This means that the full surface normal structure factor and reflectivity can be obtained under a fixed incident angle with one exposure. Comparison of pseudo reflectivity to the reflectivity measured by conventional angle scanning reflectometry on the same sample is perform on water and DSPC monolayer on water.
