Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B., in press, https://doi.org/10.1098/rstb.2025.0182We report here new or extended sequences of exon 1 of SRK (S-domain) obtained in Arabidopsis arenosa and Arabidopsis lyrata by applying the NGSgenotyp pipeline (Genete et al. 2020) on genomic short-reads Illumina datasets previously published. These sequences are associated with the manuscript by Vekemans et al. (2025). We report one file with new reference sequences (one for each S-allele) for each species. We also report sequences for several copies of each S-allele obtained in each species for analyses of the within S-allele nucleotide diversity.The sequence files (fasta) are accompanied with a pdf file giving Genbank accession numbers of the more recent public versions of the allelic sequences (most often incomplete), and indication of the name of the individual used to obtain the full sequence using de novo assembly of the NGSgenotyp pipeline (see Vekemans et al. supplemental for SRA accession numbers of these individuals).ReferencesGenete, M., Castric, V. & Vekemans, X.
