In this dataset, firstly, SEM test charts and statistical charts of the shear fracture range of silver nanowire films under different diameters, wet film thicknesses and shear stresses are presented; Then, the load displacement curve under nano indentation experiment is given and the values of elastic modulus E, hardness H and H3/E2 of silver nanowire films with different diameters and wet film thicknesses are calculated; Then, based on the load displacement curve, the strain curve is obtained by finite element simulation, and the values of elastic modulus E, hardness H and H3/E2 of silver nanowire films with different diameters and wet film thicknesses are calculated; Finally, the relationship between plasticity and shear fracture was revealed through the microstructure analysis of silver nanowire films SEM test and TEM test, and the fracture resistance of silver nanowire films was improved by testing different magnetron sputtering time and different gold deposition thickness.
