Analysis of genome-wide distribution of histone H4 acetylation in hda19 mutant and of HDA19 bound regions in the wild-type in response to shoot induction

To investigate the direct involvement of HDA19 on the regulation of histone acetylation in response to shoot induction, we performed ChIP-seq analysis of histone H4 acetylation in Arabidopsis mutant of HDA19 and ChIP-seq analysis of HDA19 in the wild-type harboring HDA19p::HDA19g-GFP by using calli incubated on shoot inducing medium for 7 days.
