This dataset provides insights into spatial accessibility to healthcare and education services across Benin. It has been created using free and open tools such as openrouteservice and open data sources, primarily OpenStreetMap (OSM). To assess accessibility to education and healthcare, it uses travel-time isochrones and overlays these with WorldPop population data. The dataset includes variables such as region name, country code, administrative level, service category, range type, and population statistics. It is divided into training and test sets with 1417 and 354 examples respectively. The dataset is published by HeiGIT and repackaged for machine learning by Electric Sheep Africa.
