Oral fibroblasts are speculated to exhibit superior healing capacity. We used scRNA-seq to investigate oral fibroblast heterogeneity in mouse and human palate tissues. Soft tissues from the hard palate from two C57BL/6 mice were pooled to generate scRNA-seq data. Human palatal rugae from two patients were used to generate scRNA-seq data.
