This study presents a novel, injectable DNA hydrogel uniquely constructed solely from nucleic acids and tetrahedral framework nucleic acids (tFNAs). Inspired by the diamond-like structural design, this hydrogel demonstrates excellent biocompatibility and mechanical stability without introducing any synthetic polymers or chemical crosslinkers. In a skin burn wound model, the hydrogel exhibited significant anti-inflammatory effects and effectively promoted tissue regeneration and repair. This innovative biomaterial leverages the self-assembling capability of nucleic acid tetrahedra to provide a safe and efficient platform for burn wound healing, representing a promising advancement in nucleic acid-based regenerative medicine.
