资源简介:
This study investigates the ecological impacts of microbial inoculation using Bradyrhizobium strains in agricultural soils. We conducted a long-term microcosm experiment using three distinct soil types to assess the survivability of inoculant strains and their influence on indigenous microbial communities. Amplicon sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene and the nosZ gene was performed to evaluate community composition and functional potential related to N2O reduction. The dataset contributes to understanding how soil type and time modulate the ecological outcomes of inoculation, providing insights into sustainable soil management and greenhouse gas mitigation strategies.
