De novo genome assembly and comparative genomic analysis of the coffee bee hawk moth Cephonodes hylas

The genome sequencing and assembly of the coffee bee hawk moth Cephonodes hylas. Its larvae feed on Gardenia species. Adults are diurnal and have transparent wings without wing scales. this study aims to reveal a correlation between genotype and phenotype by comparative genomic analysis.
