The core of this dataset is to leverage the accumulation, utilization, and validity status of points for stationery industry members, combined with data models to provide strategic support for personalized operations targeting different users. By analyzing various accumulated point data, the current available valid points status of users can be accurately identified. Combined with the point redemption rate, the percentile rank of valid points can be determined, which guides enterprises to formulate more targeted personalized point operation strategies, thereby enhancing member activity around points and optimizing cost-effectiveness. This data methodology can be widely applied to sectors including the stationery industry, retail enterprises, telecommunications operators, healthcare, and people's livelihood services, helping enterprises formulate personalized operation strategies via such analytical data, reduce costs, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Data Processing: Specific point account IDs are used as unique identifiers. Raw data is cleaned and deduplicated based on the data source model.
Data Enrichment:
- "Current Available Valid Points Value": The number of valid points currently usable in a member's account = Total Accumulated Points Acquired - Total Accumulated Points Used - Total Accumulated Points Expired.
- "Point Redemption Rate": The efficiency of point utilization, calculated as (Total Accumulated Points Used / Total Accumulated Points Acquired) * 100%.
