资源简介:
The aim of this study is to investigate potential links between genetic anomalies/variations and male infertility, with a focus on individuals with azoospermia or severe oligospermia. To achieve this, various techniques will be employed, including standard karyotyping, molecular cytogenetics, molecular analysis of different markers/loci, and sequencing of relevant genes. The goal is to identify genetic variations and/or chromosomal rearrangements that are directly associated with male infertility. This study aims to improve the diagnosis of male infertility by developing specific markers, which will enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
