Data set - Collembola abundances and traits in various land uses

This dataset is composed by an excel files with 6 sheets: (i) "abundance" is a data table that groups the collembolan communities in 758 sampled sites (minimum of 3 replicates by site), (ii) "trait" provides information on the functional traits of several collembolan species. These data are largely extracted from the BETSI trait database (https://portail.betsi.cnrs.fr/), (iv) "site" is a table giving information on the different characteristics of the sites and (v) a table summarising the origin of the data (13 different projects) and (vi) list of abbreviations.
