资源简介:

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a critical role in integrating business processes but continue to face challenges related to data integrity, transparency, and traceability. Blockchain technology can address these challenges by serving as a complementary immutable ledger that enhances transaction verification and auditability without replacing the ERP database. This study investigates factors influencing users' intention to adopt blockchain technology within a conceptual blockchain-enabled ERP integration scenario using an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative approach was employed through an online questionnaire administered to 283 respondents with prior ERP experience or knowledge of ERP implementation. Before completing the questionnaire, respondents were provided with the proposed blockchain-enabled ERP scenario to establish a common implementation context. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use positively influences both Perceived Usefulness and Intention to Use Blockchain, while Perceived Security positively influences Trust, which in turn significantly influences Intention to Use Blockchain. Perceived ERP Data Integrity significantly influences Perceived Usefulness but does not directly affect blockchain adoption intention. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power for blockchain adoption intention. These findings suggest that usefulness, security, and trust encourage blockchain adoption within ERP environments. This study contributes by proposing a conceptual blockchain-enabled ERP integration scenario and extending TAM with ERP-specific constructs, providing practical guidance for blockchain adoption.
