The genome sequencing and analysis of biosynthesis pathway of polyunsaturase fatty acids in Thraustochytriidae sp.SZU445

Based on the results of whole genome sequencing and protein annotation, the genes and proteins involved in the synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids in Thraustochytriidae sp.SZU445 were identified and compared with other similar species. By analyzing and combining literature, the biosynthesis pathway of polyunsaturated fatty acids in Thraustochytriidae sp.SZU445 was inferred.
