The jupyter notebook has the code for analyzing data in the nc file to generate the plots in the paper. The netcdf file is read in as an xarray dataset. This notebook is the updated version (previous version is Nairetal_2025_Nature which appears on version 1). Additional code to generate extra figures (maps and figures in appendix) are included in this version.
