资源简介:
Hybrid metal mixed-halide perovskites are promising materials for next generation high performance optoelectronic devices. Modification of the halide composition in these materials directly changes the optical bandgap. This makes them extremely attractive for the use in solar cells and light emitting diodes. It has been shown that hybrid perovskites are intrinsically heterogeneous, defective and dynamically disordered on a local scale. Despite the lack of understanding of their local structure in the scientific community, the optoelectronic performance of hybrid mixed-halide perovskites has steadily increased and currently rivals high purity crystalline semiconductors such as silicon. Local structure and disorder are directly correlated with the optoelectronic properties and stability, which makes their understanding and control crucial to achieve operational stability in devices.
