资源简介:
The TB Portals Program offers a suite of tools for the comprehensive collection, sharing, and analysis of tuberculosis data, featuring a repository of over 21,000 de-identified public cases, with a focus on multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB). The dataset, sourced from clinical trials, research studies, and routine medical care, is structured as a natural history study rather than an epidemiological study. Data is collected from 80 sites across 23 countries in Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America, and sub-Saharan Africa, covering the period from diagnosis through treatment. The complete dataset includes clinical, genomic, and imaging domains, organized into a relational model for integration via patient, condition, and sample identifiers. Data standardization is enforced through a central entry form and APIs, adhering to the HL7 FHIR standard. Key tables include Patient Cases, Regimens, Genomics, CXRs, and CTs. The clinical dataset is available on accessclinicaldata@NIAID. For more information about the availability of the genomic and imaging dataset, visit the TB Portals Data Sharing website: https://datasharing.tbportals.niaid.nih.gov/#/home
