RNA sequencing of C2C12 myoblasts treated with lung adenocarcinoma (393P, 344SQ, 307P, 531LN2) conditioned media in DMEM, or control DMEM

This study entails C2C12 myoblasts that were cultured in their proliferative state with either lung adenocarcinoma conditioned media (collected in DMEM, 1% penicillin/streptomycin), supplemented with 10% FBS or control DMEM 10% FBS 1% penicillin/streptomycin. Lung adenocarcinoma cell lines used were 393P, 307P, 344SQ, and 531LN2. Cells were cultured in these conditions for 48 hours. RNA was isolated using Qiagen RNeasy Mini kit. The RNA was used for RNA sequencing which was conducted by the Mayo Clinic Medical Genome Facility Genome Analysis Core.
