phosprof

Here, we introduce Phosprof, a novel database of drug response based on phosphorylation activity. Phosprof is able to present up- or downregulated phosphorylated signature proteins on pathway maps, significant pathways on the hierarchal tree in signal transduction and commonly perturbed pathways affected by the selected drugs. It also serves as a useful web interface for new or known drug profile search based on their molecular similarity with the 94 drugs.本研究介绍了Phosprof——一款基于磷酸化活性的新型药物响应数据库。该数据库可在通路图谱上展示上调或下调的磷酸化特征蛋白，呈现信号转导层级树中的显著通路，以及受所选药物影响的常见扰动通路。此外，其还配备了实用的网页交互界面，支持基于待检索药物与94种药物的分子相似性，对新型或已知药物的特征谱进行检索。
