We performed ATAC-seq to cells isolated from 3D cell culture to understand their 3D conformational change. An indcuible HER2 expression was induced from 0-48 hours and their ATAC-seq performed to their acini. This allowed us to isolate their chomatin changes at the very earliest time-points, which has not been performed to date. Overall design: Buenrostro et al., 2015
