(1) Real Vehicle Chassis Dynamometer Test Data: A Foton hybrid commercial vehicle was selected as the research and test subject, and the C-WTVC cycle test was conducted on the complete vehicle chassis dynamometer. The cycle speed profile, variable control and equipment requirements during the test were carried out in accordance with the national standard GB/T 27840-2011 "Method for Measuring Fuel Consumption of Heavy Commercial Vehicles". During the test, operating data including the engine, motor, battery and other parameters on the CAN bus of the target vehicle's HCU controller were collected in real time via a network adapter. The collected data can be used for subsequent calibration and accuracy verification of HIL simulation models. (2) HIL Simulation Test Data: Taking the complete vehicle used in the chassis dynamometer test as the target vehicle, a complete vehicle model of the target vehicle was established based on Simulink. The sub-models of this model include the driver model, engine model, motor model, power battery model, powertrain model and vehicle dynamics model. The C-WTVC cycle speed profile was input into the driver model, and the xPC Target host-target simulation platform was used to realize the real-time operation of the complete vehicle model. During the operation, the real HCU controller of the target vehicle was connected, and the operating data such as the engine, motor, battery and other parameters on the CAN bus of the HCU controller were collected via a network adapter. These data were compared with the real vehicle chassis dynamometer test data to verify the accuracy of the model.
