We aim at getting insights into the recombination landscape within Lachancea kluyveri species. The DNA of 196 spores, from 49 full viable tetrads (cross between NBRC10955a and 67-855 strains) was sequenced. Our study allows to describe the location and frequency of recombination events and to compare these characteristics to those identified in other fungi species.
