Synthetic patients with .trc movements

This dataset contains 92 heterogeneous Blender models with different height, mass, weight, bone length or muscular tone.</br>
Furthermore, 4 movements such as: Shoulder Flexion-Extension, Shoulder Abduction-Adduction, Elbow Flexion-Extension and Forearm Supination-Pronation are added in each one of the 92 models.</br>
Dataset may be divided into four main sub-groups. </br>
- The Blender models without animation includes the patients from Blender with MBLab addon in .blend format. </br>
- Blender models with animation still in .blend format incorporate 4 movements to the 92 patients.</br>
- Motionbuilder import fbx convert the files in .blend format into .fbx format preparing the data for future transformations.</br>
- Opensim trc folder contain the files already transformed in .trc </br>
The dataset has been used to perform a musculoskeletal analysis with OpenSim and a modelling adding a plugin to simulate Spasticy.
