Supplementary Data for A Model-Based Systems Engineering Framework for Organizational Enabling Systems in Nuclear Power Plants

This record holds supplementary data for a Doctor of Engineering dissertation at Colorado State University. Part A contains two process flow tables that the dissertation summarizes rather than prints: the tea preparation process flow table produced with version 2.0 of the Nuclear Process Optimization (NPO) framework (Appendix E of the dissertation), and the Cessna 172 preflight process flow table used to identify regulatory requirements (Appendix R). Part B contains the complete outputs of a five-run evaluation of Momentum, the successor application to NPO, performed on 23 and 24 September 2026. Part B records the source procedures, every model call, every cross-model objection and ruling, the generated artifact packages and the simulation evidence. The record supports the traceability of the dissertation and documents how the tools evolved over the course of the research. The findings of the dissertation were produced with NPO, not with Momentum.
