The mechanism underlying regulatory role of FABP4 in MASLD-HCC development was examined using bulk RNA sequencing. Overall design: HCC cell line PLC/PRF/5 was pretreated with either 0ng/mL or 100ng/mL human recombinant FABP4 (rhFABP4) for 24 hours. RNA of treated cells was extracted for bulk RNA sequencing.
