This study investigates the impact of microglial cGAS deficiency on gene expression in the 5xFAD mouse cerebrum tissues, using the NanoString Neuroinflammation panel. The relevent publication is PMID: 39908354 The measurment set contains 12 samples, 6 for each sex, composed of 2 genotypes (cGAS Loxp/5xFAD, and cGAS mKO/5xFAD) in triplicates. Note that mKO indicate mice with microglial cGAS deficiency.
