- One text file containing 1,455,978 JSON objects identifying a unique protein microenvironment
- Each JSON object identifies a protein microenvironment using a PDB code, a chain ID, and a residue sequence number
- Each JSON object also includes the amino acid found at that microenvironment
- 4 trained tensorflow models with filenames in the form of model<vox>.tar.gz, where <vox> is the number of voxels on a cube side
