Comparison of the Translatome of normal alveolar type 2 organoids and lung adenocarcinoma organoids

In an effort to understand the differences between the presented repertoire of MHC-I peptides in healthy lung tissue and tumor bearing lung, we evaluated the translatome of AT2 cells and tumor cells. Overall design: Examination of 2 independent AT2 cultures and 3 independent tumor derived organoids
