The present invention provides: an anion-modified cellulose nanofiber dispersion liquid which is not colored when heated; and a composition. Specifically， this dispersion liquid contains: anion-modified cellulose nanofibers; an anti-coloring agent selected from the group consisting of borate salts， sulfite salts and combinations of these salts in an amount of 1-30% by mass relative to the absolute dry mass of the anion-modified cellulose nanofibers; and a solvent.
