Primer data and data matrices used for phylogenetic analyses: In Primers_ITS_TEF_Apiospora in included the table of sequence primers used to amplify regions of DNA for Apiospora intestini. Table with sequences of 4 primers, 2 for each molecular marker. In ITS_Apiospora, Apiospora-related ITS sequence matrix for phylogenetic analysis. Database consisted of 28 sequences, with a 595 bp length. In TEF_Apiospora, Apiospora-related TEF sequence matrix for phylogenetic analysis. 19 sequences integrated in the TEF1-α database, with a total alignment length of 552 bp, and in ITS_TEF_concatenado_Apiospora, the Apiospora-related ITS/TEF sequence matrix for concatenate phylogenetic analysis. Database consisted of 28 sequences, 1147 characters. The primers are used to obtain DNA sequences. Sequence-data matrixes are the base to perform phylogenetic analyses. (2025-03-24)
