Phylogenetic trees and domain analysis of PGRPs and GNBPs

Phylogenetic trees and domain analysis of PGRPs and GNBPs of <em>M. separata </em>and <em>D. melanogaster </em>using DoMosaics. Phylogenetic trees of GNBPs and PGRPs, plus the domain structure of each gene, are shown in PGRP_GNBP_tree.pptx. PGRP.nwk and GNBP.nwk are the files used for the construction of a phylogenetic tree. PGRP.domtree and GNBP.domtree are the raw files of the phylogenetic trees. Genbank accession IDs of <em>D. melanogaster</em> PGRP and GNBP are list in Accession_IDs_Dm_GNBP_PGRP.csv.
