Datasets used and produced for the manuscript entitled Modeling spatial distributions of Amah Mutsun priority cultural plants to support Indigenous cultural revitalization, published in Ecosphere: https://doi.org/10.1002/ecs2.4374. All of the predictor datasets are publicly available with those sources and publications properly cited in the manuscript linked above. The code used in this analysis can be found at the following repository: https://github.com/annietaylor/model_cultural_plants. All the raw non-spatial data as well as the spatial datasets published are made available here in this figshare repository. The remainder of the spatial datasets created in this work are considered sensitive and cannot be provided publicly. These datasets may be requested through the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band's Tribal Council as they are considered confidential to the Tribe.
