This dataset investigates the impact of incorporating 5wt% and 10wt% S-PRG nanoparticles into PMMA denture resin on ion dynamics and physio-mechanical properties. It includes measurements of multi-ion release (B, Al, Si, Sr, Na, F) during initial release and after recharge cycles (up to 25 days), alongside flexural strength, surface hardness, and surface roughness evaluations. The study aims to determine if nanoparticle addition enables sustained ion exchange without compromising mechanical performance, supporting the development of bioactive denture materials with balanced functional and mechanical properties.
