MDOT SHA Right-Of-Way (Polygon)

The MDOT SHA Right-of-Way (Polygons) feature data layer consists of polygon geometric features which represent the areas within known geographic MDOT SHA Right-of-Way (ROW) boundaries along roadways throughout the State of Maryland. It is derived from the parent MDOT SHA Right-of-Way line (Secured) feature data layer, which classifies the line boundaries into five graduated levels of accuracy as determined by the Office of Highway Development's Plats & Surveys Division (PSD).
