A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the desert ecosystem at Huazhaizi Station from 2015 to 2024

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the Huazhaizi desert ecosystem from 2015 to 2024. The raw observation data were collected at Huazhaizi desert steppe station in the midstream reaches of the Heihe River Basin. We processed the raw observation data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
