This project studied alarm signal propagation in social insect colonies. The data
includes individual ants' x,y coordinates, speed and orientation, which
were used to train a machine learning regression model in order to identify
each individual ant's alarm state. By applying estimates of alarm state on
each individual, we could track the alarm signal propagation pathways.
