资源简介:
Nocturnal enuresis (NE) is a common problem that can be troubling for children and their family. Approximately 20% of 5-year-old and 10% of 7-year-old children wet the bed regularly during nighttime sleep. Children with monosymptomatic NE, denoting bedwetting without any other lower urinary tract symptoms accounted for approximately 60% of all NE children with aged 7-12. Somatic factors play an important role in NE pathogenesis, such as nocturnal polyuria as a result of vasopressin deficiency, nocturnal detrusor overactivity and high arousal thresholds, although psychological and/or psychiatric problems may cause NE in a minority of cases. The urinary microbiota has just began to be explored in children with/without urinary tract infection. We will describe the urinary microbiota in NE children and compare urinary microbiota between NE children and non-NE children. From the result, we want to reveal the particular bacterial species, which cause NE in children.
