This experiment is designed to compare single cell gene expression in paired samples from two individuals who had MDS that progressed to sAML. Overall design: Bone marrow mononuclear cells were used for scRNAseq analysis with 10x Chromium controller. Patient 17 samples were run on the same 10x chip in different lanes and sequenced together. Patient 3 samples were hashtagged and combined in one lane of a 10x chip and sequenced together.
