Gene expression profiling in liver normal and tumor tissues in C3H mice

We have employed microarray analysis to detect tumor-related genes of liver tissues in C3H mice We measured gene expression levels of normal liver and liver tumor tissues in C3H mice. We identified Mst1r and slpi as a tumor-related genes increasing in gene expression in tumor tissues compared with normal tissues.
