RNA sequencing of Mus musculus thymic lymphomas We performed transcriptome sequencing of T-cell lymphomas originating from mice harbouring a C-terminus truncation in RAG2 in a p53-deficient context (Rag2 352/352 p53-/-) or lacking Atm activity (Atm-/-). We sequenced five different mice from each genotype and we also sequenced thymus from three wild type mice (re-used from GSE85894).
