A long-term mutation accumulation experiment with two arms, one control and one exposed to a sub-lethal dose of the neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid. Samples collected at the start and end of the experiment and subject to DNA and WGBS sequencing, accompanied by fitness and bioassays.
