试验主要面向项目组开发的WP10H柴油机开展国六排放法规测试循环下DOC+DPF对排放的影响研究。利用自主开发的数据后处理系统得到燃烧放热率、污染物比排放量等关键排放参数,分析DOC+DPF的减排性能,排气背压/排气温度特性以及DPF再生效率,指导清洁高效柴油机后处理系统设计开发集成匹配工作。
This experiment focuses on the WP10H diesel engine developed by the project team, aiming to investigate the impact of DOC+DPF on emissions under the China VI emission regulations test cycle. Key emission parameters including combustion heat release rate and specific pollutant emissions were obtained using the independently developed data post-processing system. The emission reduction performance of DOC+DPF, exhaust back pressure and exhaust temperature characteristics, as well as DPF regeneration efficiency were analyzed, to guide the design, development, integration and matching of clean and efficient diesel engine aftertreatment systems.
