Treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma infiltrating CD8+ T cell cells with TGF-beta. 24 hours after stimulation, cells were harvested and RNA was extracted using the RNeasy mini kit. Transcriptome data were generated by nAnT-iCAGE. CAGE libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 (50-nt single read).
