Data Respondent Coworker Support Survey in Coal Mining Industry

This dataset comes from a survey in Indonesia’s coal mining industry. Out of 493 respondents, 349 met the screening criteria. Participants work in Operations/Production, Engineering, and Plant departments. It includes demographics such as employee age and job position. Years of experience and education level are also considered. Team size and work area (office, field, or both) are included.
