RNA sequence analysis was performed on the vegetative propagation corms of transgenic G.elata f.glaucawith overexpression of PIF4 and inhibition of PIF4 expression. lt provides a basis for further study on the molecular mechanism of the formation of multi-capsule of G.elata f.glauca. Lay a solid foundation for breeding high fecundity of multi-capsule varieties of G.elata f.glauca.
