A user manual (DriftFenceSimulator.pdf) contains an example parameter file to define movement behaviors and fence arrangements, plus R scripts to load and manipulate the simulation results in preparation for analysis or plotting. Sample parameter files (arrangement.sdl, grid.sdl) allow replication the simulations in the main text. A sample output database for fence arrangement test (arrangement.db) allows for further exploration of the impacts of fence arrangements on success rates. An executable Java file (trapsimulation-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar) allows the simulations in the main text to be replicated and new designs to be tested.
