Data for: Electromechanical design of a regenerative ball-screw actuator for active seismic isolation: force capacity, reflected inertance, storage, and passive fail-safe terminations
收藏资源简介:
Numerical data supporting the manuscript "Electromechanical design of a regenerative ball-screw actuator for active seismic isolation: force capacity, reflected inertance, storage, and passive fail-safe terminations" by F. Izaurieta, C. Quinzacara and R. Mata (in preparation for submission to Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing). The dataset contains 52 response histories of a planar nonlinear OpenSeesPy model of a three-storey base-isolated building (390 t) with Bouc-Wen LDRB bearings, a skyhook law with ground-velocity feedforward controlled at 200 Hz, and a coupled regenerative actuator (machine, DC bus and supercapacitor bank). The integration and output step is 5 ms. Layer A (2.5 s bearings) and layer B (4.0 s bearings) were each run with the 24 horizontal components of the 12 Chilean SIBER-RISK records of the 475-year suite for Santiago, using the equivalent actuator. Four additional histories correspond to TCU068 (Chi-Chi 1999) on layer B, with the sized actuator (0.22 MN, 8 modules, 40 mm lead, 3.9 t inertance) and with the equivalent actuator, each without and with the stroke guard. Each history (gzip-compressed CSV) stores ground motion, relative and absolute base displacement, relative base velocity computed by OpenSees, frame base shear, commanded and delivered actuator force, floor accelerations, storey drifts, module current, terminal and bus voltage, state of charge and actuator bus power. The two TCU068 histories with the equivalent actuator come from earlier runs and do not include the velocity column. The tables are resumen_corridas.csv (one row per run), reproduccion_actuadores.csv (offline replay of the sized actuators on each history), actuadores.csv (catalog parameters from Siemens 1FT7 motors and Rexroth ball screws), control_velocidad.csv (model velocity versus displacement derivative) and datos_corridas.xlsx (all tables as sheets). README.md gives the run list and the column dictionary. Version 2 adds 48 histories of the same 24 components per layer with a second control law, a linear-quadratic regulator on the linearized layer tuned to the skyhook peak command (24 zip files, capaA_LQR_R*.zip and capaB_LQR_R*.zip), its run summary, tuning and replay comparison with the skyhook law (resumen_corridas_LQR.csv, lqr_ajuste.csv, lqr_vs_skyhook.csv), the per-component ratios of the seven transmission cases (validacion_componentes.csv), and the braking-resistor demand (resistencia_frenado.csv). The files of version 1 are unchanged. Version 3 adds the closed-loop simulation of the adopted actuators on the same 24 components per layer (48 histories in four zip files, with the electromechanical columns only, and their results per component and per layer), the replay with the realizable inertances, the storage deficit with two metrics, the sensitivity to a commercial screw, and the 402 configurations of the linear sweep. The files of versions 1 and 2 are unchanged. README.md describes all versions.
